The Eldion Pajollari Agency is hiring a Customer Retention Specialist who leads with service and builds growth through trusted relationships. This role is centered on client care, renewals, and account management — with clear expectations to identify in-book sales opportunities that strengthen coverage and improve retention.

You will work primarily with existing customers, ensuring their policies remain accurate and complete while proactively recommending additional protection when appropriate.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with existing clients regarding renewals, policy changes, and coverage questions
  •  Provide calm, professional support during service and claims-related conversations
  •  Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify gaps and recommend additional protection
  •  Pivot service conversations into needs-based cross-sell opportunities
  •  Strengthen long-term relationships to increase retention and referrals
  •  Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency procedures
  •  Collaborate with team members to meet retention and growth goals

Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting

If not currently licensed, PA P&C must be obtained before Day 1

Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire

Full licensing guidance and onboarding support provided

  •  Professional, empathetic, and relationship-driven
  •  Comfortable discussing protection options during renewal and service conversations
  •  Prior customer service, account management, or insurance experience preferred
