The Eldion Pajollari Agency is hiring a sales-driven Multiline Representative to actively produce new business and expand our book across two high-traffic suburban Philadelphia locations. This is not a passive service role — it is a production-focused position built for professionals who thrive on goals, activity, and closing.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively generate and close new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up on warm leads
  •  Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  •  Conduct needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps and drive cross-sales
  •  Build strong client relationships that lead to retention and referrals
  •  Maintain a consistent pipeline and track activity to hit monthly production goals
  •  Support service needs while identifying additional sales opportunities

Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting

If not currently licensed, the PA P&C license must be obtained before Day 1

Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire

Full licensing guidance and onboarding support provided
