Full-Time | In-Office
Locations: Feasterville-Trevose (19053) & Ambler (19002)
- This position must meet Pennsylvania Insurance Department requirements.
- An active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to starting in the office.
- If not currently licensed, you must obtain your Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license before Day 1.
- A Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date.
- Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided to help you complete the process successfully.
- Proactively market and sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance products
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Conduct policy reviews to identify gaps in coverage and upsell opportunities
- Quote, present, and close business from both warm and cold leads
- Overcome objections and guide prospects to confident buying decisions
- Handle complex customer situations while maintaining a growth mindset
- Track pipeline activity and production metrics to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to support overall office production goals
- Sales-dominant mindset with a strong desire to win and exceed goals
- Proven track record of hitting or surpassing sales targets
- Confidence in leading consultative sales conversations
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up
- Prior insurance sales or account management experience preferred
- Ability to meet Pennsylvania licensing requirements outlined above

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is open 9:00- 6:00 Monday thru Thursday, 9:00-5 Friday, and 9:00-12:00 Saturday.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
