Insurance & Financial Services Representative – Sales & Service

We’re expanding across both of our Philadelphia-area locations (19053 and 19002) and are looking for a motivated Insurance & Financial Services Representative to join our team.

If you’re a sales-driven professional who enjoys building strong client relationships while delivering dependable service, this role offers the perfect blend of sales, advisory work, and long-term client engagement.

This position requires Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensing. If you're not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain both—with full support from our agency.

Role Description

As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to individuals, families, and small businesses. You will guide clients through important financial and insurance decisions, build lasting relationships, and contribute directly to the continued growth of our agency. Your consultative approach and ability to offer tailored solutions will help clients protect what matters most—now and in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Agency Growth
Proactively market, cross-sell, and close insurance and financial service products to support overall agency goals.

Consult & Advise Clients
Provide personalized recommendations on insurance coverage, financial planning, and retirement strategies.

Support Long-Term Financial Security
Assist clients with investment management, risk protection, and future financial planning needs.

Deliver Consistent Service Excellence
Respond promptly to inquiries, provide detailed follow-up, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Stay Informed & Knowledgeable
Keep up with product updates, industry changes, and evolving financial trends to offer clients the most accurate guidance.

Qualifications

  • Strong, sales-focused mindset with the ability to consistently meet or exceed goals

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport

  • Bilingual skills (Russian or Ukrainian in addition to English) are a plus

  • Active P&C and Life & Health licenses—or willingness to obtain them with agency support

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
