Customer Relations Representative – Sales & Service
Role Description
As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll be a core part of our team—delivering exceptional service, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the agency’s overall growth. Your ability to connect with customers, address their needs, and communicate clearly will help ensure every client interaction is positive, productive, and memorable.

In this role, you’ll support clients with policy questions, service updates, and issue resolution while also identifying opportunities to introduce additional products that may benefit their coverage. We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, proactive, and comfortable working in a service-focused, sales-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
- Maintain and update customer records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support retention efforts by fostering strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Work closely with team members across the agency to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and assist in presenting relevant insurance products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to problem-solve professionally and effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred, particularly in roles focused on relationship-building.
- Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.
- Bilingual abilities in Russian or Ukrainian (in addition to English) are a plus.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Sales-minded with a genuine desire to help customers secure the right protection for their needs.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is open 9:00- 6:00 Monday thru Thursday, 9:00-5 Friday, and 9:00-12:00 Saturday.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
