We have two agency locations in the Philadelphia suburbs (19053 and 19002) and are hiring for both!
Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who thrives on building client relationships while also delivering reliable service? The Eldion Pajollari Agency is seeking an Insurance & Financial Services Representative who can balance proactive sales with dependable client support to help grow our agency.
This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.
Role Description
As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving our agency’s success. You will foster long-term customer relationships, consult with clients on their insurance and financial needs, and act as a trusted advisor. Your ability to connect with people, identify opportunities, and provide tailored solutions will directly contribute to our clients’ financial security and our agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Growth – Proactively market, cross-sell, and close insurance and financial service products to meet agency goals.

Consult with Clients – Provide comprehensive financial planning, retirement strategies, and insurance coverage recommendations.

Support Financial Security – Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and protection strategies.

Deliver Service Excellence – Provide timely responses to inquiries and ensure client satisfaction through dependable service.

Stay Current – Keep up with market trends, product updates, and industry changes to best serve clients.
Qualifications
-
Sales-dominant mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
- Bilingual skills (Russian or Ukrainian, in addition to English) are a bonus.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is open 9:00- 6:00 Monday thru Thursday, 9:00-5 Friday, and 9:00-12:00 Saturday.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
